Vorifend 500 indicated treatment of symptoms of mild and medium knee osteoarthritis.

Pharmacokinus

glucosamin participates in the synthetic metabolism so the composition of articular cartilage, while inhibiting the enzymes destroying articular cartilage such as Collagenase, Phospholinase A2 and reduces the Superoxide free radicals to destroy cartilage cells. Glucosamine also stimulates bone tissue reproduction, reduces bone loss of calcium.

Vorifend 500 is used by oral.

Dosage

Vorifend 500 dose for adults over 18 years old: 1 tablet x 3 times/day.
