Oxethazaine or 2.2- (2-hyperroxyethylimino) BIS [N- (1,1-Dimethyl-2-Phenylethyl) N-methylacetamide] is a glycine amideo similar to Lidocaine. This is a safe and effective local anesthetic. It has long mucosal anesthesia effects after use.
Oxethazaine has a much more effective effect than cocaine, process , Lidocaine or Dibucaine. On human tests as well as in experimental objects, Oxethazaine is found to be an ideal non -toxic substance that helps reduce gastric acid, may be thanks to the mechanism of inhibiting the excretion of gastrin, secretin and other substances in gastric juice.
Oxethazaine combined with aluminum and Magnesi Hydroxyd will help relieve pain and reduce unpleasant symptoms in the stomach. This effect lasts longer and stronger than when using solitary acid resistance.
Oxethazaine adds standard antacid compounds will help reduce the dose of acid resistance needed to relieve pain and will make the patient feel much more comfortable than when using solitary acid antacids.
pharmacokinetics
Human studies show that a small amount of aluminum from aluminum hydroxide and about 10% magnesium from Magnesi hydroxyd is absorbed from the digestive tract.
After taking 10 ml of Alumina Gel mixture with Magnesi Hydroxid containing 20mg of oxethazaine, the peak concentration of oxethazaine in the blood reached approximately 20ng/ml about 1 hour after taken.
Oxethazaine will be converted quickly and strongly, resulting in a short half -life time, only about 1 hour. After 24 hours, less than 0.1% Oxethazaine is eliminated in the urine in constant form. The main metabolites of oxethazaine are β-hydroxy-mephermine and β-hydroxy-phententermine.
Pharmacological considering, mephentine and phentermine appear in the blood with insignificant amounts and less than 0.1% of this amount is excreted in the urine within 24 hours.
