How to use
xeLostad 10mg Film tablets are used by oral, drink with or not with food.
For patients who cannot swallow whole, XeLostad 10mg can be ground mixed with water, soft food like apple juice right before use and used by oral.
The tablet of tablets 10mg can be taken through the gastric catheter, after determining the exact pipe setting the stomach position. The crushed pills are mixed into a small amount of water into the catheter, then add a little water to coat the tube.

Common dosage in case of indications for conversion from XELostad 10mg to vitamin K antagonists (VKA):
Patients need to ensure adequate and continuous anticoagulants during the transition to anticoagulants instead, it should be noted that XeLostad 10 can contribute to the increase in the Inr value.
Patients should use VKA simultaneously until INR ≥ 2.0.
In the first two days, the manufacturer recommends that the standard VKA dose should be used, followed by the VKA dose based on Inr test. In the case of patients using both xeLostad 10mg and VKA, the Inr should not be tested before 24 hours after the previous dose or before taking the next dose of XeLostad 10mg. Once XeLostad 10mg is interrupted, the Inr test can be conducted with a reliable level of 24 hours after the last dose.
Common dosage in case of indications for conversion from anticoagulant drugs to XeLostad 10mg:
Stop using anticoagulants and start xeLostad 10mg from 0-2 hours before the next time of injection (for example, heparin has a low molecular weight) or at the time of the stop of a continuous injection drug (eg non -segmented heparin intravenous injection).

Safety and effectiveness of XELOSTAD 10mg has not been set in patients with artificial cardiac valves. Therefore, do not use HELostad 10mg for this group of patients.
Rivaroxaban has not been studied in clinical trials interventions in patients with hip fracture surgery to evaluate safety and effectiveness.
