indications
Zedcal op drugs are indicated in the following cases:
Zinc is essential for biological biosynthesis of bone cells. This is a place for calcium along with phosphorus and other minerals. Zinc deficiency is very common in people with weaker bones.
Calcitriol, metabolites that have the activity of vitamin D3 regulating normal absorption in the intestines of calcium and bone mineralization. Normally, a sufficient amount of vitamin D3 is transformed into Calcitriol. But in some cases it may reduce endogenous production, causing signs and symptoms of some bone diseases due to the disorder in calcium absorption, endothelial constant and metabolism.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
calcium carbonate is converted into calcium chloride by stomach acid, absorbed mainly from the small intestine, excreted through feces, urine and sweat.
Zinc is absorbed mainly from the duodenum, excreted mainly in feces. A small amount of zinc is excreted in urine.
Calcitriol is quickly absorbed in the intestine. After taking the only dose of 0.25 - 1.0 mcg Calcitriol, high serum concentration has been achieved within 3-6 hours. Calcitriol and other metabolites of Vitamin D are linked to specialized proteins of plasma during blood transport.
Calcitriol has an exogenous origin through the placenta fence and excreted through breast milk. Calcitriol is excreted through bile.
