Your healthcare provider can show you how to self-administer the Tezspire pen. Do not attempt to administer it yourself until you have received full instructions. Take it out of the refrigerator, and leave it in the carton and allow it to come to room temperature between 68°F to 77˚F (20°C to 25°C) for about 60 minutes before giving the injection. Do not remove the cap just yet.
