Clobex is only for topical use in people 18 years of age and older. Do not exceed the dose that your doctor prescribes due to a risk of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis suppression. HPA axis suppression can lead to side effects such as high blood sugar, unmasking of diabetes, and Cushing's syndrome, among others.

Clobex should not be used on the face, groin or axillae (underarms). Keep out of the eyes and away from the lips. Use only in the affected area, and rinse fully with water if Clobex should get in area other than the treatment area.
