NEW ADVICE FOR DRIVERS - SEE REVERSE

For symptomatic relief of coughs.
Take the solution by mouth.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12
years: Take 1 x 5ml spoonful. Repeat after 4
hours if required, but not more than 4 doses
in 24 hours.
Do not give to children under 12 years old
unless your doctor tells you to.
DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSE.
If symptoms persist for more than 7 days
consult a doctor.
Do not take if allergic to any of the
ingredients, have heart, liver or kidney
disease, or breathing difficulty or suffer from
alcoholism or raised pressure in the head.

help remove phlegm.

1. Before you use this medicine

Do not use the medicine if you have….

• An allergy to any of the ingredients listed in
section 3.
• Heart problems.
• Liver or kidney disease.
• Shallow breath or breathing difficulties.
• A head injury or persistent headache.
• An asthma attack.
• Taken MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors)
for depression within the last two weeks.
• Alcoholism.

Important ingredient information

• This product contains 1.4g of sucrose per 5ml. This
should be taken into account in people with diabetes. If
you have been told by your doctor that you have an
intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before
taking this medicine • It also contains 22 vol% ethanol
(alcohol), i.e. up to 869 mg per dose, equivalent to 22ml of
beer or 9ml of wine per dose. Harmful for those suffering
from alcoholism. To be taken into account in pregnant or
breastfeeding women, children and high-risk groups such
as people with liver disease or epilepsy.
The amount of alcohol in this medicinal product may alter
the effects of other medicines.
