Take 1 tablet at the same time every day. It is important to take your pill at the same time of day (and no later than 3 hours from the time you took your tablet the day before). Use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex during the first 2 days (48 hours) because it takes 2 days for Opill to start working. Opill is NOT for use as an emergency contraceptive and will not prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex.
